At Choriya, we strive to deliver quality products. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy .

Return Window

Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange will only be provided if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product or size was delivered by us.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

 To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be free from perfume, stains, or signs of wear.

Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Used or washed products.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Exchange requests made after the reporting period.

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting.

No Refund Policy

Choriya does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once an order is successfully delivered, it is not eligible for a monetary refund. Eligible issues will be resolved through a replacement or exchange only.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup where available or provide return instructions.

  • After the returned product passes our quality inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched within 3–7 business days, subject to stock availability.

If the same product or size is unavailable, our support team will assist you with an alternative exchange option.
